SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS (please read thoroughly)
Vixen Tactical has a Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and can accept firearms from anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Please read the shipping instructions below.
Before you ship your firearm please make sure you have an inventory of all parts (including all small parts) being shipped. Include a copy with the shipment, as well as any special instructions for us. Please do not hesitate to call or email with any questions on pricing, colors or special projects.
Full payment is not due until the project is complete. A $50 deposit at checkout ensures your order to be processed ahead of drop offs locally or unscheduled work. Once your shipment is received we will unpack, inspect, and confirm colors, patterns, or variables. We will email and/or call with any issues before we start. When your project is completed we will send an invoice to be paid securely online. Once the payment has been received we will ship the project back to the address from which you shipped the project. We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks. There is no FFL needed on your end as long as you are the owner of the firearm or there are only non-firearm items in the package as described by the ATF.
It is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state firearms laws and shipping company policies when sending firearms. Please check your local laws prior to shipping. This only applies to parts designated as a “firearm” or when sending a complete firearm.
This is our mailing address only, for secure transfers. All “firearms” are checked into our bound books, inspected, organized and securely stored before, during, and after completion until leaving for shipment.
